This structure, serving as Alanya Municipality Culture and Social Affairs Department and Alanya Castle Site Management Office, is also known as Hamamlı Ev (Bath House) due to its historical bath at the ground floor.

This traditional Alanya house, which was built with quarry stone and lathing wood system and used grog and haired plaster specific to the region in the early 20th century, was restorated as its original form after assigned to Alanya Municipality by its owners. In service since 2009, examples of the original ceiling and cabinet can be seen.
